Beer School 2020

  • Max & Joe's Tavern and Tasting Room 3578 Farnam Street Omaha, NE, 68131 United States (map)

Beertopia's Beer School is back for 2020 with a new "Late Winter" Session!

Ever wondered about beer cultures around the world? Curious as to why it's called an IPA? Why Russian Imperial Stouts were created? Find yourself perplexed by the difference between a Belgian Double, Trippel and Quadruple? Do you want to explore some of the more rare and unusual beer styles? Then Beer School is for you!!

Besides, what other class do you know requires beer drinking?

Starting on Monday, February 3rd (the Monday AFTER the Super Bowl) and continuing every Monday for 7 weeks, our extremely popular Beer School returns giving you and your friends a chance to keep those Monday night beer gatherings going for a few more weeks!

Sign up for one session, only the sessions that interest you most, or attend all 7 and earn yourself a Beertopia Beer School Diploma!

Register in Beertopia (402.905.2603) beginning Sunday, December 8th.

Classes are only $25 each and includes 8-10 4oz samples and snacks each week. Payment is due at time of registration, and classes can fill up quick so don't wait!

Hosted by Infusion Brewing Company brewer Dave Link, and Beer Corner USA beertender and avid beercationer, Chris Bettini, these classes are sure to please any beer minded drinker, or those looking to expand their BQ (that's Beer Quotient!) and learn more about beer and beer styles from around the world.

Courses are as follows:
